In the summer of 2018 Foley’s Russian
Bees moved from the Des Moines area
to an acreage about 6 miles south of
their old location. The owner, Jason
Foley, has combined his business with
that of Shannon Bardole-Foley to form
the company Honey Hollow Apiary &
Gardens LLC.

and products from some of our side businesses. We are located at 13778 Summerset Rd, Indianola, IA 50125. We offer all the
normal bee and equipment sales that we previously did, but will now have a formal store starting spring of 2020 out of the lower level
of the log cabin home. The store has beekeeping equipment, honey, honey
products, hand made old time brooms, and lye soaps. Honey Hollow Apiary and
Gardens LLC is the home of Franklin Broom Works, Little White Lye Soap, and
Foley’s Russian Bees. Other future plans are to market other small businesses’
goods as well as fruits, vegetables, and possibly plants grown on the 11 acre
farm. We also have a large space set aside in our honey house to offer various
types of classes through out the year.
